Wassail 2020 in Headless Cross Redditch

Celebrate our community orchard with the ancient custom of "Wassailing". Help wake-up the fruit trees to ensure an abundant harvest. 7pm meet at The Rocklands car-park. Noisy procession to the orchard, followed by a short ceremony and play. Includes music from Arrow Valley Brass Band. Everyone welcome! Bring drums, whistles, bells & noisy neighbours. Hot spiced cider and apple juice. Followed by an evening of live music at The Rocklands, featuring local songwriter Alan Sheward, and amusing duo from Rugby "Hatstand".
