Timed 5K / 10K Run For Manuptocancer.org.uk

Please join us for our series of 5k and 10K runs that will take place in 2019 all over the Midlands. We are organising these events to raise money for male types of cancers including prostate and testicular cancer.

Entrants

Men and women, all ages welcome. A small 1k run will be set up for children under the age of 8.

Event Details

The ticket price includes entrance to the 5k / 10k or both. There will be an optional published finishing order, certificates, plus a small prize for 1st in each category.

Raising funds / Sponsorship

Sign up for the event by buying a ticket and we will be in touch to provide a sponsorship form and further details about the event. You can raise funds through Justgiving or create a page on our website to collect sponsorship/donations.

Race League (optional)

It is our ambition to promote fitness and healthy lifestyles with all of our participants, therefore, if you wish to take part in more than one of our events we can enter you into our 'race league' to record your times over the year, take part with friends and enjoy running with Manuptocancer as part of your training schedule. Run with us and improve upon your pb's and monitor your progression.

Organisation

Our events are manned by permanent staff and volunteers, we have a minimum of 15 marshals at each event. Our events are fully insured and we have first aid on site at all times.

About Manuptocancer (Registration number 1175845)

Our purpose is to raise awareness and funds for predominately male types of cancers including, prostate, testicular and penile cancer. However, we do not limit our charitable support to male-only cancers and provide a series of fundraising schemes covering most cancer types. It is our mission to raise awareness for male cancers to the same status as female cancer types.
